GUESS WHO'S BACK

You know who ?

Enjoy the Bank Holiday break!

After a stint out in Mexico writing his next record, Steve Dior is back on home turf. He’s stepping out of the studio for one night only to play a raw, intimate set at one of Notting Hill’s finest traditional boltholes, the Stewart Arms.

If you need a refresher, Steve is true punk royalty. He was right there at the birth of the 1976 London scene, teaching a young Steve Jones how to play guitar before heading to New York to form The Idols with Jerry Nolan and Arthur Kane, eventually backing Sid Vicious at Max’s Kansas City.

He returned to London to front the sleazy, brilliant London Cowboys with Glen Matlock on bass, making him the only frontman to have played alongside members of both the Sex Pistols and the New York Dolls.

Mark your calendars for

Saturday, 6 June, from 8pm until late at 'The Stewart Arms', 26 Norland Road, London W11 4TR. It's free entry, it’s going to be loud, and it’s the perfect way to welcome a true rock 'n' roll survivor back to the neighbourhood.
Check out his music at stevedior.com.

Look forward to seeing you there, and thanks for the support.

Tommy

Tucked just off the buzz of West London, the Stewart Arms in Notting Hill has the kind of old-school pub atmosphere that live music was made for — intimate, loud, unpredictable and full of character. A few minutes from Shepherd’s Bush Central Line, it’s the perfect spot for guitars turned up too loud, late-night singalongs, and the raw energy that only a proper rock ’n’ roll night can deliver. Places like this keep live music alive: no barriers, no pretence, just people, pints, and songs that hit you right in the chest.
