MY CRIMINAL RECORD NOTHING TO HIDE, STRETCHING BACK OVER 52 YEARS NIGHTMARE IN JAMAICA

Some people hide their past in the attic, but mine is logged on a police database under CRO number 132586/74X. Thirty-one offences spanning three decades, starting with a teenage break-in and ending in a courtroom in Kingston, Jamaica.
I am not looking for sympathy or trying to sugarcoat the truth. These pages are the raw blueprint of a life I walked away from, and they form the real-life scaffolding for everything you are about to read in *Nightmare in Jamaica*. You cannot rewrite the bad choices, but you can use the wreckage to build something completely different.

These are my criminal convictions from a chapter of my life that I am not proud of, but one that I do not hide from. They are part of my history and an important part of the journey that led me to completely change my life.

They also provide some of the real-life background to Nightmare in Jamaica. We cannot change the past, but we can learn from it, grow, and choose a better future. I hope my story reflects that.
