THE SOHO BASTARDS CLUB: DAVE’S 60TH

Some birthdays deserve a cake.

Others deserve a room full of loud music, old mates, bad behaviour and absolutely no intention of growing up.

This Saturday, 3 October, The Soho Bastards Club takes over The Duke of York on Rathbone Street for Dave’s 60th birthday.

And judging by the flyer, this isn’t going to be a quiet afternoon with sandwiches and a few polite speeches.

The music kicks off at 1pm with the Palfreyman Collective, followed at 1.30pm by Dave Renegade. Phil Ryan takes over at 2pm, with another act still to be confirmed at 2.30pm.

The timings, naturally, come with the traditional musician’s disclaimer:

“All timings are subject to musicians :)”

Which probably tells you everything you need to know.
